A plug-in diffuser that releases dog-appeasing pheromone (DAP), a synthetic version of the calming signal a mother dog naturally produces for her puppies. It’s drug-free, non-sedating, and undetectable to humans.
Yes. The diffuser is UL and CE certified for electrical safety, and DAP is drug-free and non-sedating. It doesn’t alter behavior chemically the way a medication would.
No. It’s designed to work quietly in the background, not to sedate. Your dog will still be fully alert and responsive.
No. It’s undetectable to humans by design. Only dogs recognize the signal.
No. This product is not intended to diagnose or treat a medical or behavioral condition. If your dog’s distress is severe, sudden, persistent, or puts them at risk of injury, please consult a veterinarian or qualified behavior professional.

Setup & Usage
Plug it directly into a wall outlet in the room your dog spends the most time in. No app, no charging, no assembly.
Choose the room where your dog rests or spends the most time when alone, often a living room or a spot near where they wait by the door. Keep the immediate area around the diffuser clear for proper airflow.
It’s designed to run continuously while plugged in. Just keep in mind this affects how long a refill lasts. See the Refill & Product Care section below.
Possibly. For multiple rooms or floors, our 2-Kit and 3-Kit options include additional diffusers so you can cover more than one area.
We recommend replacing the diffuser unit every 6 months, even if a refill vial still has liquid in it.

Orders & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days via FedEx Ground.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Try the diffuser for a full 30 days. If your dog isn’t calmer, email us and we’ll refund you in full. No forms or return shipping are required.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
