Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Unopened Item Returns
If you'd like to return an unopened, unused kit for a reason other than the guarantee above — for example, you ordered the wrong bundle size — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase may be required
- You're responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
